- The three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve is a new type of butterfly valve developed by our factory after examining the butterfly valve industry in the world. The butterfly valve adopts a three-eccentric structure and an oblique cone seal. The sealing performance of the structure is reliable, and the sealing surface is not worn when opening and closing. Long service life, safe and reliable opening and closing. It is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, natural gas and other fields to cut off or regulate flow control of pipeline media.
- The three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve is suitable for cutting or connecting the pipeline medium in the pipelines of various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and electric power industries with a nominal pressure of 1.0~2.5MPa and a working temperature of -29-540°C. Applicable medium: water, gas, oil, steam, acidic medium, etc. The operation modes are: manual, turbine rotation, electric, pneumatic and so on.
- The first eccentricity: the axis is offset from the centerline of the sealing surface.
- The second eccentricity: the axis deviates from the line and the valve centerline. (Reducing friction between the seat and the seal during valve switching)
- The third eccentricity: the geometry is suitable for the valve seat and the sealing ring to completely disengage during the entire switching process of the valve. This unique combination of eccentricity utilizes the cam effect and completely eliminates friction, resulting in a valve 90° no friction between the seat and the seal on the valve plate during travel, eliminating the possibility of wear and leakage.
